This place offers a peaceful location, with Waves Indoor Waterpark just a short 10-15 minute walk away.

The location right next to the bus stop too which was very handy was marvellous. Moreover, it was just off the garden, and Hakone in the snowy day.

Came here for 2 nights with my friend, had a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay. Liked particularly good and great location, short walk to a local bus stop, the Hakone mountains and public transport. Bakery La Farina Bakery located 2 km away was a nice surprise. I didn't want to say goodbye and would happily go back again.

This hotel offers cozy and clean rooms with private bathrooms, a great selection of breakfast items, and overall, it made for a truly delightful stay.

Mitake served as an ideal base for our trip. the food was excellent, offering a huge variety of choices! My room was fantastic and included a private bathroom. the hotel employees were respectful, and the location was great, providing a peaceful atmosphere next to the Oh Canada eh Dinner show.

We loved this quiet hotel with beautiful garden views. Our room was clean and featured hypoallergenic pillows. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the atmosphere here was serene, and the location was fantastic, conveniently located next to Odawara station, the Hakone mountains, and gorgeous snowy scenery. it was right beside a local bus stop.

The highlight of my trip! Beautiful rooms, inviting onsen, incredible food, and kind staff. Unforgettable experience.

Located in a peaceful and serene environment, this traditional accommodation provides a refreshing and relaxing New Year experience. The Japanese breakfast served daily was varied and delicious. In addition to that, the 24 course traditional dinner was a feast for the senses. The private onsens were a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate, with the outdoor one offering a magnificent experience amidst the serene nature.

Although the stay had its impressive moments, there were some setbacks. The hotel buildings seem to lack adequate soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep in when fellow guests or the personnel were moving around in the morning or night. Also, some insects were found in the room, which was a bit unpleasant. However, taking into account the age and natural location of the building, we were not entirely surprised by the occasional appearance of insects.

Absolutely loved the traditional ambiance of the hotel with tatami mat floors and the kotatsu. the onsen experience was very relaxing and the food provided was delicious and offered a good variety. We also enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the train station and other key attractions in the area.

The rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some modern touch-ups. the language barrier was a bit of a challenge and caused some confusion during check-in and ordering meals.

The ryokan is a beautiful and peaceful retreat located in a scenic area, with some rooms providing breathtaking views. the meals served were delicious and filling, and the onsen facilities were easy to use, with private options available. the room amenities, such as kotatsu, were a unique touch that added to the traditional atmosphere.

The transportation to the ryokan may have been a bit inconvenient for some guests.

The hotel had friendly and helpful staff who were patient with my lack of Japanese knowledge and let me drop off my luggage early. The meals were incredible and generous with so much food to try out. I enjoyed the lovely and relaxing onsen especially the private ones. The location was good with nearby spots to visit and easy transportation.

Can't fault anything about it.
